Exchange and return policy

First: Nature of Services

All services provided by CodenessLab are digital and software-based, including (but not limited to):
Website Design and Development
E-commerce Systems
CRM Systems
Electronic Payment Gateway Integration
Custom Development and Technical Consulting
Since these services are intangible and implemented according to the client’s request, the refund policy is subject to specific conditions.

Second: Refund Policy

Before Implementation Starts
If the client requests cancellation of the service before actual work begins, they are entitled to a full refund after deducting any administrative or bank fees (if applicable).
After Implementation Starts
The client is not entitled to a refund after project implementation has begun or any part of the work has been delivered.
In the case of projects divided into phases, the cost of a phase that has been implemented or started is non-refundable.
Fully Implemented Services
No refunds are offered after project delivery or full service activation.

Third: Exchange/Modification Policy

Services cannot be exchanged for other services.
The client may request modifications to the service as agreed upon in the quotation or contract. Any additional modifications outside the scope of the original agreement will be charged at an additional cost and implemented after client approval.

Fourth: Exceptional Cases

Refund or compensation requests may be considered only in the following cases:
A serious technical error caused by the CodenessLab team that has not been rectified within an agreed timeframe.
Failure to comply with the specifications clearly written and agreed upon in the contract or quotation.
Each case will be assessed individually.

Fifth: Payment and Refund Methods

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued using the original payment method.
The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days depending on the bank or payment gateway.
